(1916-1974)
   Dagoberto Rodríguez was born in Aguascalientes, and got his start in show business as a singer (he rarely sang in his films, however). He became a lead and second-lead in movies of the 1940s and 1950s, generally in rancheras, Westerns, etc., made by the de Anda family. Later played mostly supporting roles until his death.
